Consent and Release for Filming and Photography

By entering TopMod, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Filming/Photography: I understand that TopMod may take photographs and/or video recordings of me during my visit. I consent to the recording of my image, voice, and/or likeness while I am present at TopMod.

2. Use of Image and Likeness: I grant TopMod, its affiliates, partners, agents, and representatives the right to use my image, voice, and likeness, captured in photographs or videos, for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, websites, and other forms of media, without further compensation or permission.

3. Scope of Use: I understand that the recordings may be edited, used, and distributed in any format (including digital, print, or broadcast media) and may be used worldwide.

4. No Further Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, royalty, or payment for the use of my image, voice, or likeness, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product in which my image may appear.

5. Release of Liability: I release TopMod, its owners, employees, agents, and anyone else acting on behalf of the TopMod from any liability related to the use of my image, voice, or likeness, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

6. Minors: If I am signing this waiver on behalf of a minor under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to give consent for them.

By entering TopMod and participating in its activities, I agree to the terms of this consent and release. If I do not wish to be filmed, I will inform a staff member upon arrival.
